Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The only thing you need to do is sending us a support email (email@example.com) stating your order number, your problem and please include a photo of the goods. We will contact you ASAP and solve your problems within a day.
REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS (if applicable).
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If you are approved, your new item will be shipped or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card /original method of your payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: As part of the return process, you will be charge shipping fee if it’s your fault of changing size after we already have shipped your items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable).
If you have not received a refund yet, firstly you will check your bank account again since it may take some time before your refund. Next, contacting your bank because it may take time before a refund is done. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchasing and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when being purchased , we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
